Exchanges and returns
The customer has the right to exchange or return within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the order.
If the customer wishes to return or exchange the order, they can do so by email at anab.jewellery@gmail.com .
When returning the order within the legal period, in addition to returning the product in its original condition, the customer must return any gifts that accompany the main product in its original packaging. Ana Barbosa Jewellery must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.
Returns of customized accessories will not be accepted.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our premises and only those that comply with the return conditions will be accepted for exchange or return.
We reserve the right not to accept items that do not comply with these conditions.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree Law No. 24/2014.
Cancellation
The customer may cancel their order within a period of 24 hours, and must do so via email: anab.jewellery@gmail.com, indicating “CANCELLATION” in the subject, or via Instagram
If the order is cancelled after being sent, the customer is obliged to return the order in its original shipping packaging, without it having been opened.
The costs arising from the return, due to cancellation, are borne by the customer.
