For orders worth €40.00 or more for delivery in Portugal, we offer free shipping. The shipping cost to mainland Portugal and the islands to your home is €4.00.

The order is delivered to the address indicated by the Customer.

For this purpose, the system automatically assumes the address indicated by the Customer in their account.
However, during the ordering process, the Customer can edit this address or add an alternative address for each specific delivery.

Orders will only be sent after confirmation of stock availability and confirmation of payment, and will be shipped by CTT.

Information about the delivery of the order will be sent via email to the contacts indicated in the Customer's account.

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that they are available on the day of delivery of the order.

If, at the time of delivery of the order, there is no one at the indicated address, the order will be forwarded to the nearest CTT point by the transport company. The Customer may collect the order at the CTT point within a period of 6 (six) working days. If the order is not claimed or the delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned.

We will reimburse the customer for the amount paid, with the exception of the shipping costs of the order, as well as any expenses relating to storage and new delivery attempts, even for orders worth more than €40 exempt from shipping costs due to the loss caused by the attempt to deliver the order to the customer.

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must check the integrity of the packaging. If any anomalies are detected, these must be accurately and in detail recorded by the shipping company and the delivery refused. Otherwise, the Customer will not be able to complain about this issue.

Average delivery times are as follows:
- 5 working days after sending the Order Confirmation to the Customer in the case of orders paid with Paypal, Transfer or MB Way;
- 10 business days for custom orders.
